A public adjuster is a professional claims handler hired by the policyholder to negotiate with an insurance company on their behalf in the settlement of an insurance claim.
Public insurance adjusters are used by insured residential and commercial property owners to negotiate insurance claims on their behalf.
Paladin takes a small percentage of the final insurance settlement as payment for services rendered. Paladin does not get paid until the policyholder receives payment from the insurance company.
